You will obtain all these services and any other that you require for the administration of your farm for a reasonable fees calculated according to the applicable norms in the matter. These rules establish that the minimum number of hours per month must be counted in relation to the number of components (premises, dwellings, parking spaces, storage rooms, etc.) that make up the community. Then, a distribution of such fees is made among the owners according to the agreements adopted by each community. The guide price per hour of minimum dedication of the administrator is set at € 38.00.
We have Civil Liability Insurance and other Surety Insurance so that all the amounts of the communities are guaranteed in case of bankruptcy, misappropriation or any other contingency that may occur, so the money we manage in your community is Fully safeguarded.

For example: A building of 10 floors, with 3 floors per floor has 30 neighbors (flats), therefore would pay 150 euros per month Basic Pack and 240 euros per month Premium Pack.
